REFUND & EXCHANGES
Each rod sock is made to order with the measurements provided by our customers. No returns on rod socks if we were given wrong measurements as these are custom rod socks made to order. Also we don’t accept returns if personalization was done on any products unless it’s our fault.
All Rod Pro Tech products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 7 days from the date of purchase. Our warranty does not cover tears, rips, or snags caused to the fabric, as these are not considered defects in materials or workmanship unless you received it that way, in which our 7-day guarantee would apply.
In order to successfully fulfill your request for a warranty replacement, you will be asked to provide the following:
Proof of purchase
Product model number
Brief description of the problem
Picture of the product and the issue
Are shipping charges refunded for Rod Pro-Tech returns?
Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, unless product was a defect.
Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for your Rod Pro-Tech return and in Rod Pro-Tech’s sole discretion. If your shipping charges aren’t refunded, contact us and see if you’re eligible for a refund. You may not be refunded for shipping charges if:
The return was not due to an error by Rod Pro-Tech.
The return was declined by our Returns Department.

REFUND INITIATED
The way your refund is processed will depend on your original payment method.
Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned package. You are responsible to contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when credit will be posted to your account.
PayPal refunds will be refunded through PayPal within 3-5 business days, to the PayPal address that you originally used to pay for the order.
